Jesse was promoted into a Superintendent position and then took roles with increasing responsibilities in new construction and modernization. Jesse then became part of a regional modernization team for a Global OEM overseeing all modernization project across the US before joining a large elevator consulting company where he served as Senior Associate and Area Manager. Jesse then Partnered with another construction company providing General Contracting before starting E² where the main focus is Building Related Work concerning elevator projects. Jesse is also a Qualified Elevator Inspector for North Americas and aware of all code compliances in numerous jurisdictions.
