In less than 60 days, we solved a challenge to ‘increase protein content’ in a dairy beverage product by 30% to over 26 grams of protein in a 200ml dairy beverage. The Client had worked for over 2 years to solve the same problem, before reaching out to BCD iLabs.
Working with a customer's application R&D team, we were challenged to solve the formulation problem for a plant based, high-protein bar. With over 250 possible ingredients to choose from, the number of manual experiments were overwhelming the team. Using an AI-based formulation approach our solution will cut down the manual experiment count by 60% while reducing the time to market by 40%.
